The RI AED Law (H6308) - Is Your Business Impacted?
October 5, 2017 - Rhode Island bill H6308 was enacted into law. This law requires that any "enclosed area capable of holding three hundred (300) people or more and to which the public is invited or in which the public is permitted" have automated external defibrillators (AED). There is a training requirement in this law as well.
